When did Nichushkin learn to skate? In Dallas he was choppy and couldn't stickhandle while skating. So far in these playoffs he's been making plays and getting an extra step on guys.

Lol, give him time. This is what a team with multiple top picks looks like, this is what the Flames should be trying to emulate. Do what it takes to be like this, not sneak in because anything can happen.

This is why refs in the NHL are garbage.
They've not called numerous things the other way, and then decide to call that. There was just as blatant of a trip a few plays back on an Avs player, with no call.
