Nevermind, I think it's Brian Propp. 89-90' Cup appearance with the Boston Bruins and then again in 90-91' with the Minnesota North Stars. Retired in 1994 with 1016 Games Played and 1004 Points.

Sweet!

I once let my dog use the Stanley Cup as his food dish.

I was drafted by both the New York Islanders and the Edmonton Oilers in the same year.

As a hall of fame inductee I managed decent point per game numbers but had more penalty minutes than both.

Nevermind, I didn't read the rules. It is supposed to be remotely Flames related and it's not. I'll post another one tomorrow that is.

Rules? What do you mean rules? KC made rules but we've pretty much ignored them after the first few questions. I think right now the only rule is to keep this thread going.

And the answer to your question must be Clark Gillies.

I scoured over the Penguins all time roster and not one of them meet your criteria... not that I can see.

Yeah, I guess that was easier than I thought. Good work.

This one should be a tough one. It is almost one of those two for one type questions:

I set my season best totals for goals, assists (later tied) and points in my rookie year. Then in the next 8 years my goal total declined each year. I was never drafted and I chose the college route. After retiring I coached for the same college I played for.

During my NHL career I was traded for a superpest. This superpest has only played for NHL teams that has won two or more Stanley Cups, however 3 of those teams won their Cups before the superpest made the NHL. The other team only won one Stanley Cup with him on their roster. Later in that same season (that I was traded for the superpest) the team that traded for me, made another trade with the team that traded me away.

Who am I?

Here is a hint. The guy that was traded from my old team to join me on my new team was part of a question in this thread.

Well the key to this problem is to figure out who the super pest is.

Any ideas on the all time super pests? He has played for 4 teams. All have won the cup 2 times or more.

Tikkanen - played on teams that havent won more than 2 cups.

Kasparaitis - Almost. COL, NYR, NYI, and PTT have all won 2 or more cups, However, Kasparaitis didn't win with any of them.

Barnaby - See Tikkanen

Man this is tough. Give me some more time!

Dave Poulin.

The superpest is The Rat himself Ken Linseman.

OK,

I scored a regular season OT goal vs the Calgary Flames in December of 1993.

I was once traded for a current member of the Calgary Flames.

I was never drafted.

My middle name is Stanley.

Who am I?
