I get really tired of hearing how bigoted Albertans are when we have the youngest and most highly education population in the country. My family wasn't raised in Alberta. Most people I know who live here are first generation Albertans.
Do people come from around Canada to work here and suddenly become bigoted, or is there maybe something else?
If we bring in DeAngelo we might as well also hire Babcock. We're already going to get lit the f up by the league fanbases/ media, should just go for broke.
The person who references stats should provide the stats.
What happened is your bluff got called. Fold or raise.
Lol. I can make up internet rules too. "uhh, the person whose username begins with the letter in reverse alphabetical order is responsible for learning to use google and read themselves." Oh crap, that still puts the onus on me. Nevermind then.
But sadly that's not how anything in life works. If you're too lazy to use google, that's on you.
This isn't some far out hypothesis we're talking about here.
I have to agree, if you bring up stats to drive a point home you should have to furnish them. Otherwise it's no better than Q Anon folks wildly claiming that all the Hunter Biden evidence is in a secret envelope that totally exists but you can't see it.
Doing your own research to answer questions you don't know the answer to is being trolled?
Or are you actually getting riled up that I won't go out and do a bunch of work to post stats that you are too lazy to look up yourself?
Again, I am absolutely willing to google anything you tell me to. But again, as I have already asked, what am I looking for?
Percentage of Trump supporters in Alberta? Percentage of conservative voters? What am I doing?
It's really easy to feel virtuous and mock the rest of the population for being moronic bigots. I just want to know what specifically you're talking about so I can follow.
The thread turned into a discussion on AB’s political leanings, the Abuse thread on and on about how popular a certain rock star was.... give it a rest. We don’t need to derail everything. Especially the same people over and ####ing over.

I'm not mocking anyone. I'm embarrassed that so many fellow albertans share these beliefs.
You should be able to easily find stats on Albertan/Calgarian Trump support, Covid deniers. QAnon I would lump in with the previous two so I'm not sure if they've done polls on this already but if yes, I'd imagine they are close.
Since I don't want to further enrage anyone, here's the first three results from google when I googled it.

Yeah, but in this case, Trump support by Province is available on the secret envelope known as google, and takes 15 seconds to find. You just type in "Trump support by province" and there is it. You don't even need a letter opener. You can actually see it, too!
But sure, same same.

Wait...is this thread about DAngelo or ragging on Alberta? Making sure I'm in the right place.

So yeah, when you bring them up, open that secret google envelope and provide them for your argument. It only takes 15 seconds.
