I kind of want Dube on Monahans line. He can get the puck and dish it. Instead of just dishing it or turning it over.

I disagree. We have yet to see a coach with a winning track record brought in for this group.
Coaching matters. Forcing Lucic into the game after 2 minutes, only for him to take a brutal penalty and hand momentum to the Canucks is a coaching issue.
Ward has no track record of success as a head coach at the NHL or near NHL level. He is cheap, that is his qualification.
