After tonight I want this team to roll 4 lines deep up front. I don’t think Simon and Leivo have looked out of place in their time in the top 6.
Tkachuk - Lindholm - Leivo
Gaudreau- Monahan - Simon
Mangiapane - Backlund - Ryan
Lucic - Bennett - Dube
Gio - Rasmus
Hanifin - Tanev
Valimaki - Nesterov
Markstrom
Rittich
And Dube /Mangiapane can switch with Simon/Leivo if you want to load up the top 6 more or shorten your bench.
You know...I really like the look of that group.

I’d like to see Dube with one of the top two lines.
But yeah, I like the depth. I’m pretty excited for this season.

But what did Leivo and Simon do to deserve top line minutes? And what did Dube and Mangiapane do to deserve bottom line minutes?
You're probably right - this is what they might do. But I don't think it would be the best for offensive development.
Performance-wise, I could see it working.
