I actually would guarantee cheap ownership in Ottawa doesn’t want too much money spent on depth in later rounds, and they’ll deal the 28th and 33rd for a current player or move up to get a sure fire prospect.

Spoilers for who? The radio feed seems to be ahead of the TV broadcasts, which are ahead of the online streams. Pronman is ahead of the radio.
So who gets to decide when a pick is allowed to be announced?

It's kind of weird to see Sanderson go ahead of Drysdale. I think Drysdale was nearly the consensus #1 d-man available.
