No one is changing how we vote with winning by that way without a referendum. No one is going to change it.

Jason Kenney is licking his lips tonight, ready to ride a title wave if pseudo separatist sentiment to federal conservative leadership.

This. How is it ok that a party that has 7% of the national vote share gets only gets 0.3% of the seats in the house? Meanwhile, a party with 8% of the national vote gets 10% of the seats in the house.

The Liberals will make deals with NDP or Bloq depending on the issue. For example, on anything pipeline related, they can do deals with the Bloq since the NDP won’t help. On immigration issues, deal with the NDP since the Bloq is so nationalistic.

For those shocked, you really need to travel the country. Ontario has been affected a lot by Ford’s mismanagement. The east coast doesn’t really relate to conservative politics.

Blackface wasn’t going to make any liberal leaning voter go conservatives and vice versa. Minorities are going to look at what Liberals propose (and did for Syrian refugees for example) versus what Scheer proposed, not some blackface from years ago.

And it didn’t hurt the liberals that unemployment is so low now.

The pipeline wasn’t an issue except in Alberta where they already lost. In fact, I still am unclear what the Conservatives would do differently but that’s another tale.

The Bloq is friends with no one. They have really alienated themselves nationally.

Pretty sure the leader of the Liberal party is what's stopping that. He'd try to corral NDP and the greens before he'd go right.

The Conservatives would be making a huge mistake putting him in charge. They need someone who is electable federally, not someone who can get 90% of the vote in Alberta.

How exactly does that work? Urging separatist sentiment in one province to get leadership of a national party?

Maybe the Liberals can give ownership to SNC? Can SNC operate a pipeline?

As much as I disagree with her politics, I would have liked Jody Wilson-Raybould to have won, or at least lost to anyone other than a Liberal.

I thought Singh had saved his job, but maybe not, which is probably bad for the NDP as the crazies will try to take over.
