At least Talbot looks like he’s rounding into shape. I don’t think anyone realistically thought Zagi would start anywhere but the AHL.

In the OHL when holding a late lead and down 5 on 3 Neilson just kept putting two more players on the ice knowing they couldn’t go down more than two men.
He is also responsible for the rules preventing a pulled goalie from leaving his stick in the crease and ensuring a goalie, not a defender is used on a penalty shot.
