I wouldn't get too worked up about Stone. Hes played how many games since being injured? 1?

He was at the end of a really long PK shift when that goal went in

Didn't look great but also not the end of the world

Definitely had a chance on the 1st one, went right through him. The 2nd goal he had no chance, some nice passing by the Kings.

Tough spots for some of the new d. Hopefully they got rust off and can get back into rhythm

This is why I don't put much stock into our AHL goalies numbers. They're always facing broken D coverage like that

The first goal was an unscreened wrist shot from just inside the top of the circle. Not a bad goal, but certainly stoppable.

perhaps... a guy with that much time right in the slot after some passing is not an easy shot

So Kylington doesn't look like he has missed a beat. Pucks up a nice point on goal 1.

A couple of stick whiffs but hes been good. Seems they're throwing as much ice at him as they are Valimaki too.

Meh? He is certainly not as mobile as he was the last time I saw him. Rusty?

Doughty has a slappable one. Cause he's too much of a little bitch to deserve a man's punch. Sort of like Tyrion's backhanders to Joffrey.

I ought to make that gif when I have some time...

Mmm, I’d say he over-committed and put himself out of position for the pass on the second.

Will be interesting to see what Tre does about this D Backlog next season, moves will be made I'm sure.

I'm honestly starting to hope our opening D line-up next year is:

Gio-Andersson
Hanifin-Hamonic
Valimaki-Kylington

Benny just might be the coolest player in the league. King of the side-eye “it’s so easy” grin.
