No it doesn't you're reading too much into it to make your own narration.
Smith if anything has been the consummate professional here.

Lol. Exactly the same thing here. I couldn't watch the whole game and literally as soon as I turned it on, the Flyers got the shorthanded break away and scored. I turned it off for mojo reasons and was convinced that if I didn't watch, the Flames would come back and win.

I think he can work harder out there but he isn’t hurting the team. Imagine if he gets going? This team is already good, imagine of Neil all of a sudden started to produce.
He needs to score, everyone knows that, the coach has to give him every chance he can without jeopardizing the game and so far, IMO he hasn’t wrecked our chances of winning.
It’ll happen, he is too good for it not too.
|
Neal and Ryan did hurt the team tonight. Flames were just lucky to pull a horseshoe out of nowhere. Flames have the talent of course but that was a lot of luck as well.

Ah, I didn't know that. Last I heard Gillies was not good but Schneider was playing well. I don't follow the Heat closely though.

We’ve known for a while there Bill. Put him on the point on the PP already.

I think Peters is very careful not to place too much weight on Rittich. It seems like the guy is being groomed to take over the net, but his game has been trailing off a bit the times he's been clear cut number one. Rittich is gaining confidence but I don't mind that they try to ease him into position.

Well, Rittich "wasn't right" either during the intermission when he got pulled after the first in Columbus when he let in a poor third goal. Didnt open the door there to speculation any more then it does here. Not being back in the bench is a fairly clear sign he's unable to play.

All this talk about Peters and his decisions to leave Smith in, play Neal, etc...
Do we not trust the man yet?
