Gaudreau again caught out too long and it leads to a too many men. Guess Bouma thought he came off.

There is a lazy penalty. Too many men. Can the Devils get another PP goal?

Noticeably slow decision making all over the ice. Not even close to playing at their level.

Absolutely no urgency, terrible execution, lackluster effort. I'm out, hope I end up regretting it.

2 many men.

What a back breaking penalty just when they had momentum.

Wake.

Up.

Whenever Johnny is in a rough stretch, I always think back to his signing thread and the people who were proclaiming that he is simply the real deal and there is no way that his point totals would decrease. Especially he who shall not be named.

Brad struck a fair deal in my opinion, all things considered.

Now I wonder who that guy really was.

A good way to gain momentum? Killing a penalty.

If he plays equally on all 200 feet, his chances will come. And even if he can't cash in, his efforts will be more helpful to the team at the end of the day.

Trying to cheat and quarterback fancy plays when you aren't feeling it offensively will not help.

A better and infinitely smarter way is to stay out of the sinbin and score a few goals instead.

A short handed goal right about now would be wonderful.

Yeah, but in this case you have to play with the cards you've been dealt instead of dreaming of a four-of-a-kind.
