Regarding Johansen:

‎@NHLnumbers
In Game 1 against the Ducks, when Ryan Johansen was on the ice (all situations), the Predators had 30 shot attempts for and only 3 against.

Am I the first one here to name Forsberg? Led Nashville in points in both his seasons there, I have him in my keeper pool, he's an absolute monster. I would say all three are stars between him, RyJo and Neal, Ryjo and Forsberg still pretty young, their potential is basically limitless.

Yeah but would you trade him for Martin Erat straight up?

For the first time in franchise history, the Predators hold a 2-0 playoff series lead.
Another weird Preds playoff fact, the Predators have only won or lost their series in 5 or 6 games.

They're awful homers. Spend most of the time whining about missed calls. Painful to listen to. We are lucky to have Ball and Hrudey.

Earlier in the game a ref and Garbutt were talking after he randomly took a jab at a Predator after an offside. From the facial expressions of Garbutt it looked like the ref was giving him a warning, so I assume he was 'randomly' selected after being told to cut the crap.

I know what it's like to be up 2-0 in a series, don't get too excited yet.

Not every team is as hapless as the Vancouver Canucks.

I always thought Perry was somewhat of a knob but respected him. That all went out the window when he faked his knee injury in the playoffs last year against the Flames. Such a coward. Kesler and Bieksa are 2 of the worst guys in the NHL already.

Was a pretty good game.

Pretty awful reffing though. But Boudreau was right in saying you won't get the benefit of the doubt if you constantly complain to the refs.

My Nashville upset pick is looking better now.

Pretty surprised to watch the Ducks lose both at home to start the series. I knew the Preds would put up a fight, but I thought through Ducks would at least win the first 2.

Well obviously now, but back then they were the best team in the league up until that point.

I know it's petty but I hope Nashville has their own guns guy that the cameras can focus on after each goal.

Brian Hayward is as bad a color commentator as he was a goalie. James Neal's antics against any other team would annoy me. Doing it against Anaheim makes me happy. The Ducks are like an American version of the Canucks. Nashville should tweet out to every hockey fan outside the Honda Central. ..you're welcome.

I am a Flames fan first and foremost. Like I have previously said, I cheer for the Ducks as a team, not Kesler and Bieksa. Whether they are on the team or not, I will still cheer for them. If Calgary got two players who you didn't like, would you still cheer for the Flames?/Or would you cheer against them? I doubt it
Kind of odd you're getting so emotional on a Flames' board for a different team.

Ducks switch to Andersen tonight:

Eric Stephens
Eric Stephens – Verified account ‏@icemancometh

Freddie Andersen heads off the ice. Appears he will start Game 3 for the Ducks against Predators.
