Gaudreau is the most valuable player on the Flames and it is not even close. He is in his own league in terms of talent and hockey iq.
Just watching Monahan flub around the puck against the boards on a 5 on 3 and subsequently give it away, moments later Gaudreau just takes over the power play and gives an absolutely perfect pass to Russel. Johnny is so good.

I see them advertising a game on Saturday in 4K. How is this possible when most cable boxs only handle output in 1080 at most? Must be a gimmick or am I missing something.

Brodie just isn't a shooter and his swopping and attacking the net doesn't work as well on the power play as it does when they are on the rush. I'm not sure he'll ever be a power play guy.
Interesting to see Russell out there on the power play. I was thinking WTF and then he scores.
Seems like Wideman isn't getting power play time anymore? Nice to see them switching things up at least. Russell might not be horrible on the power play and Wideman has really been squeezing the stick.

I'm just going to mention it, we are 2/3 on the PP so far tonight and I haven't seen Wideman out there yet... Go figure.
Oh he's out there now and he directly causes two clearances by the Devils.
