0% surprised. 100% disappointed. Imagine what the story would be if your average Joe was caught RUNNING AWAY from the scene of a DUI accident.

The main concerning thing is that you're better off just running off with a friend and then each claiming the other one was driving if you want to get off than staying at the scene.
