Drew Edwards from the Hamilton Spectator thinks it is a 3 year deal in excess of $150K for Craig Butler. That to me seems excessive.
Saw this earlier today on the official CFL twitter account the 2014 schedule comes out tomorrow at 12:00 PM EST. In Week 1 its a Grey Cup rematch (HAM @ SASK) as it is all but confirmed from Drew Edwards and Glen Suitor.

No surprise here as Edmonton has signed Patrick Watkins reuniting him with Chris Jones. IMO he is the best shutdown DB in the league.

Depth will be the issue. It's one thing to have a respectable looking 24 guys on your starting offence and defence. However, once some of those guys are out with injuries, how do you stack up then?

I find this funny as hell. Foley's brother was on CFL forums saying very unpleasant things about Lee when he backed up Foley in Toronto. Its almost like Foleys brother is on a permanent roid rampage with some of the stuff I have seen him post. Anyway that's a good signing by Taman, kid is young, hasn't reached his full potential yet, and very quick off the edge.

Glad to see all the traditional labour day games are back on the sched! Also nice to see the Stamps-Eskimos rematch will be on the Saturday, may have to make the drive up. Looking forward to seeing Hamilton and Ottawa's new stadiums. Every other team has either completely renovated, built from scratch, or are planning a new stadium except for us...Once Toronto finally moves into BMO and the new Rider stadium is built we will be left on the outside looking in.

Montreal signs DE Jermaine McElveen. Riders continue to lose more talent.
I still hope Calgary signs another proven DE, having a strong pass rush is key.

 I feel like an idiot. I saw something on twitter that turned to be fake from some hack about loudmouth Jovon Johnson heading to BC.
I heard Saskatchewan has a bunch of contracts that are back loaded. I really believe there is truth to that.
