I'm curious what finally pushed it over the edge with him. I thought he became less blatantly offensive, but more annoying. Was he somehow confirmed as a fraud or just to broadly disliked? Either way, I can't disagree.

It was an entertaining break in the monotony, I guess, and maybe the resulting site traffic helps ad revenue somehow, but I presume the mods can't let that behavior go on indefinitely without it being a detriment to the integrity of the site.
Maybe its been mentioned before, but I wonder why it is such a big deal to keep the reasons people are banned a secret. If anything you'd think it would be shared to serve as a lesson, or make the boundaries widely known.
I haven't read everything that qiang said but from what I saw, I have seen way worse from others who are still here.

The guy was either a troll or a goof ball. He had no place on this forum and in my opinion should have been banned a long time ago.
Speculation: The circumventing person tripped up and logged in from an IP that matched with their previously banned profile. Slam dunk, but the only concrete evidence warranting a ban since qiang showed up.
