Kind of a crappy attitude to have:

Quote:
"I have to accept that I am under contract with Borussia Dortmund and therefore I have to remain a player of the club," Lewandowski told BILD.

But he's gotta be the king of burying the ball.

good signing, good finisher off the wing, will work well on the left in a potential 4-3-3

now just need Soldado

Arsenal bid 40,000,001 for Suarez

the 1 pound means that they have to make Suarez aware of a bid...

gunnerblog retweeted Tony Barrett @TonyBarretTimes 8s Right. It's 10.30 so here goes: Arsenal have
had an improved offer of £40,000,001 for Luis Suarez rejected by Liverpool.
Don't know who Tony Barrett is but I trust gunnerblog. This is great news, so long as we don't bid even more.

Tony Barrett is usually pretty spot on for Liverpool info.

It still seems doubtful that Suarez would choose to move to another destination in England. I also don't think a bid would be accepted for less then 50m or so.

I have been reading further through the rumours but apparently this 40M clause may only be active if the player submits a written transfer request or there is a difference of opinion between the agent (Pere Guardiola) and the club.

Either way I hope Liverpool are not compelled to sell at 40M because I really do not want him, great talent but terrible human.

If Arsenal get Suarez, I think it would be proof that Arsenal hate their reasonable supporters; they finally splash the cash and it's on a player like him.

if they are willing to go to 40, I think Suarez is a better all around player than Higuan, but why hard ball Madrid on that Higuan with this 20-22 stuff?

it's clear Wenger (rightfully) doesn't think Giroud is the answer
