I would not be shocked to see him wind up back with the Giants. Possibly the Chiefs.

The Giants players are perfect for his scheme, I could definitely see the Chiefs running it, as well.

As for the Saints, I've already heard fans talking about trying to get Lovie Smith to take the job. I'd love that, but I think he sits this year out and gets a head coaching gig next year. He should, anyway. he deserves to be a head coach if you ask me.

Pretty surprised to hear about the Spags firing, though I suppose the stats speak for themselves.

So after texting Payton "Let's go win a Super Bowl" shortly after his hiring, in the end they didn't even coach a single game together on the sidelines.

The Chiefs have pretty much hired all their coaches already. Bob Sutton who had been the Jets linebackers coach was named DC about 2 weeks ago. So I think the Chiefs will stick with the 3-4 base defence. Meaning Spagnoula really doesn't fit save the Andy Reid connection. Reid has actually hired some different guys for his staff, didn't really bring back a lot of guys from his past in the roles they coached.

I can see him finding his way back to the Giants in some capacity.

Have the Browns named a defensive coordinator yet? There's the Joe Banner connection there. Philly is still looking for a coordinator, but I believe they're really interested in switching to the 3-4.

Uh-oh Eagles fans. Remember when Spurrier gathered up all the Florida kids for the Redskins. That worked so well...

Per Geoff Mosher of CSN Philly, there are “strong indications” that Dennis Dixon could be added to Kelly’s Eagles roster by as soon as next week.

Dixon’s practice-squad contract will end after Super Bowl XLVII, at which point he’ll be free to sign what’ll likely be a reserve/future contract with the Eagles. Reserve/future contracts are typically one- or two-year deals with league minimum base salaries.

Dixon, now 28 years old, was a Heisman Trophy front-runner under Kelly in 2007 before tearing his ACL. Per Mosher, Dixon is “thrilled” Kelly is now an NFL head coach and “eager” for a reunion.

Talk already that Ed Reed will be a Colt next season to rejoin Coach Pagano and one of his closest friends Reggie Wayne. Patriots are also interested.

Yeah....AP was a no brainer if you ask me.

pretty much carried that team to the playoffs on his own....both Manning and Brady had weapons to help them.

Lots of speculation from Omar Kelly (Journalist covering the Dolphins) that Reggie Bush will end up signing with the Lions once free agency starts.

Good to see JO recognized. That man was special. And I've never seen a head that big crammed into a helmet. It looked ludicrous.

Ouch. Baltimore Sun is reporting Bernard Pollard played this year with six cracked ribs. Love or hate him he is one tough dude.
