It's back alright, and my house and garage are both leaking like a sieve. At least it's supposed to be sunny this weekend so I can redo it.

I'll take some of that. Humidex has Tokyo at 43 degrees celcius. And it feels hotter when you work in the middle of this concrete jungle.

I would murder someone for a dry day in the low 20's right now. The good part about this is the rooftop beer garden later tonight, though. Stupid heat = time for drinks.

Hold on to your horses fellers, the rain ain't done! Locally in Calgary between right about as I post this and tomorrow afternoon Environment Canada is suggesting the possibility of upwards of 100mm.

Sweet justice...my company is having a golf day today, and because I'm the newest guy there, I was asked to keep the office going. The only friggin' guy passionate about golf in my company is me, and there'll be a bunch of people who play once a year going out in my place.

What's that? Heavy rainfall warning? Oh, that's a shame.

The good parts of this rain:

-Keeps the trees green
-Reduces tire wear
-Keeps the pot-head neighbour from smoking up in her yard
-Lets me put off buying new sunglasses for another day
