I think the movie will be about the characters reuniting for E and Sloan's wedding.

Well that was one of the better episodes of Entourage that I have seen in a long time. I didn’t think they could but they managed to keep Vince’s infatuation with Sophia interesting to the point where I want them to get together. Turtle’s plight is only kept interesting by the great sports cameos throughout the episode. Johnny finally succeeding and getting his movie is a nice touch, and Ari acting like the Ari of the past was welcomed. E however, is a huge D-Bag who I’m actually routing against at this point. When he showed up at restaurant to confront Sloan it was just ridiculous, what kind of self respecting guys does that? Pathetic. The sad thing is this whole pregnancy twist leads me to believe that they will get back together whether it is in the finale or movie.

I actually like E, but I agree, I'm confused why he's even raging so hard too. He's banging her stepmom, if anything she should be the one raging on him. I'm seriously having trouble figuring out why he's so out of control about this, almost feel like I missed something.

Agreed, and when you consider that most entourage episodes, including the 1:30 intro, run about 22 minutes this 8 episode season is basically the length of a feature film.
So the movie will be season 9.

The last episode was the best of this final season so far. But as a whole this season has been a let down. Prior to this last season I was all for Entourage being a movie, but now i'm not so sure how it will do justice to these entertaining characters that are losing some of their appeal. What got me hooked on this show was the crazy antics and crudeness of say Ari and Billy. There was nothing like it on Cable TV. You always new Vince was involved with actual hollywood stars.
The guys were more fun to watch get into crazy situations. Maybe it should just run its course with this season.
This has become almost Melrose like with a little T&A and throw in some swearing.
2 seasons ago was some of the best story lines and dialogue. JMO.

So, what did we think?
did you catch the scene at the end of the credits?
Pretty ordinary way to end a series, but it sets stuff up for a movie. The scene after the credits gives up hope for Ari.

Some laughs for a change, but the whole wedding thing was a bit much. She was so professional less a week ago and now she gets married to an actor within 48hrs of their date?
And I'm not a fan of ending a series to prepare for a movie. I'd rather it had just ended on it's own.

Really not a fan of the way it ended. Sure it setup a movie. But that was just lame and lazy writing.
Vince gets married after 1 date, with a girl who was clearly more levelheaded and career focused just two episodes prior? And we don't even see this date?
E and sloan get back together after an episode where they all lie and say Eric didn't do what he did?
Turtle is now a millionaire? And what of Dramas show and movie?
Looking back I now wished the series ended when the boys all ended up back in Queens. Seeing them in the old neighbourhood and going back to where they came from. That is where it should have ended.
Lame

The ending sets up for a movie, pretty crappy ending. The movie better deliver some closure.

A little dissapointed with how the series ended, the final season was too rushed and did not use any of the good story that season 7 built up and they played the ending too safe while at the same time not providing any closure to anything.
I was mad with how they changed Ari this season but if they spin that ending off into his own show it could lead to a pretty epic show. I feel that the story they introduced would be too much to incorpporate into a movie but would make for a good spin off for the Ari character.

Here is my beef with the post credits scene. They only thing that the finale gave closure to, no longer has closure.

In case you missed it, Mrs Ari's name is Melissa... and no words can describe how epic Melissa's behind was in that scene.

I'm not going to be able to eat cheese for a week after that fondue.
Hopefully that bit at the end was the set-up for a movie in which Ari can be the a$$hole he always really wanted to be. The rest of them can disappear.
What a flop finish.
