I noticed groceries were cheaper under Trump admin. Costs for every day items have gone up exponentially in some cases under Biden.

Therefore, I am voting for Trump.

Oh also, my current residence is under a rock.

She obviously voted Trump.

A last-minute rally speech with Harris saying "fight" is what did it.

Trump calling Pelosi a bitch, threatening to beat up Michelle Obama, talking about migrants being sent to fight in the UFC that is all cool.

HE did all of this yesterday. Sametime he also called out campaign team.

That isn't a Biden thing. It happened almost everywhere in the world.

edit: I think maybe there was some green text in there somewhere.

What if it's Jill Stein?

I mean your post is literally the argument that the Green Party is making for voting for Stein, despite it being very clear that she's essentially a living embodiment of Russian election interference:

Pity? Sure.

But if you voted, you deserve more credit than people who don't vote and then complain.

(if you voted 3rd party, or left the presidency blank, that's the same as voting for Trump, so the above still applies).
Did you read her post? She didn't vote for a President! hahaha. But she is prob lying and voted for the orange rapist moron.

Didn’t he also say that he’s putting RFK Jr. In charge of women’s health? I’m sure that’ll go well.

Yes he did. He said RFK Jr is so passionate and into women's health. Not totally creepy when the piece of #### cheated on his wife 37 times wrote a diary about it and drove her to suicide.

These are NOT the same, FFS.
Seth Myers did a bit last night where he listed all of the objectively objectionable things Trump has done in the past 4 years, and where he almost made it seem like he was done about 10 times, I think the like took 5 minutes to read, he was reading fast, and it wasn't comprehensive.

I am and continue to be confounded by people.

Doesn’t mean who you did or are planning to vote for cant or shouldn’t be challenged or up for debate. I just reject the idea that the very idea of voting 3rd party or not voting is wrong or should be condemned.

I disagree with people who vote Trump and think it’s a really really stupid way to vote, but I respect people’s right to vote for him.

Voting for a third choice in a 2-party system is dumb and should be condemned.

Well, yeah, I respect peoples' right to be scientologists, or flat earthers, or whatever. I don't respect their decision to do so and I don't respect scientology or flat earth "theory" and I by and large don't respect them, in light of that choice, so I'm perfectly content to mock them. Am I missing a difference here?

honestly, I'm done making excuses for Trump voters in 2024. Don has been in the political spotlight for almost a decade, the electorate really has all the information you can have about a candidate. I respect one's right to still vote for him, but I will not pat those people on the back.

People were getting on the poster for not voting Harris or Trump. So it wasn’t about the choice they made, it was about the choice they didn’t make (voting D or R… and in this thread, let’s be honest, it’s just voting D).

That’s different than mocking or lacking respect someone for a specific choice.

For all we know, someone who doesn’t vote would have voted for Trump if they had to choose between the two. Isn’t not voting the better choice in that circumstance, all things considered?

People keep saying “a vote for 3rd party or no vote is a vote for Trump” but that’s only effectively true if, when pushed to vote for one of the two, there’s no chance they’d vote Trump.

Otherwise a vote for Trump is the only actual vote for Trump. And I would prefer, if the only choice for some voters is Trump or no vote, that they don’t vote.
