my phone is ancient (1st generation iphone se... so about 9 yrs old) and i've never added an app to it (honestly - i've never added an app). i tried once and it asked for a password and i have no clue what the password is for my phone.
i only use my phone for texting - that's about it. i hate talking on a cell - they always drop calls or the phone just hangs up for no reason. i'm not a fan of them. and yes, i still have a landline - ha!
I’m being completely serious when I say this, but I know 90 year olds that are more tech-savvy than this.

Learn how to use your damn phone.

You don't have a camera app?

Panic buttons on keyless entry remotes are useless. Has anyone ever used one in a panic? All I ever do is set off the alarm in my pocket when the other keys push the panic button.

It does make you panic a bit when it happens though, so...

push button->panic

Success?

I see quite a few people using it in parking lots to find their vehicles. It must be somewhat panic inducing to lose your vehicle.

I used it when the Oilers made it to the cup final last year.

This particular use-case is dying off, though. If you've got a vehicle with any sort of Bluetooth connectivity (not just AA/CarPlay), your phone will know it's a vehicle and show you on the Maps app where you last parked with pretty decent precision.

I use mine exclusively to scare people, friends or family, walking past my vehicles

My grocery stores orange supplier went from the States to South Africa to now Israel… maybe I’m okay just not eating oranges.

They only supply 'hate oranges.' Intriguing strategy.

It's the worst when you're carrying a goldfish and an air conditioner, need to use the bathroom and have a dinner to get to.

Ooh, so close, and yet so far.

They only supply 'blood oranges.' Bold Strategy. (the cotton is optional but does help)

C'mon Locke. Get your head in the game. Dig IN!!

Point of order, is it a double entendre if it is not sexual? Just to be safe, hey locker go #### a blood orange. There, covered.

Nice.

Did the gang even have remotes then?

"What's The Deal With these remote dealies? Do you really need to open your car from 10 feet away instead of just using the key?"

I was putting a Gazebo together yesterday to put on my deck. The kit had all the pieces I needed as I had counted everything. I'm on the last roof panel where I need to attach the metal sheets, and per the instructions you are supposed to put down this sealant where the sheets overlap each other. It came with 3 tubes of this stuff, so I use up all of the first two tubes only needing a bit more to finish it off. The sealant in the last tube is completely gummed up...so now I have to go get a tube from a local store to finish the job. Plus one of the long 2/8x10" bolts has warped threads on the end so I can't get a nut on it...so I'll have to do some amateur modifications to make that work. But the gummed up tube of sealant annoys me especially since I was so close to having the panels all done. How are two tubes fine..but that one isn't.

They're making sure you're crafty enough to own a she-shed.

On hold with BC Hydro about getting a new connection for my build. They pop in every 3 minutes or so with a message that says, "all of our coordinators are currently busy, the wait time is X".

When that message first played, the wait time was 10 minutes.

I have been on hold for 20 minutes.

It now says the wait time is currently 12 minutes.

Is this intentional? Is someone just a huge Kafka fan? Saw Brazil and figured it was a guide on how to build a society? If you want a good argument against crown corporations...

...this would not be it. "Customer Service" in the private sector is just as bad if not worse.
