Canadian pair on for the Ice Dance. They are our best hope for a medal in this event.
EDIT: Actually, this wasn't the Canadian couple that are our best hope. It's actually Vanessa Crone and Paul Poirier. They are currently in fifth place.
Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir skate last.

Looks like US just laughed in the face of Canada for the slogan "own the podium." Hopefully Canada can stick in top 5 for medals at the end of all this.

Holy hell, they were late to their event? Incredible. Now our athletes are literally not showing up... (Just jokes, I love all our athletes regardless of how they place)
How late do you have to be to get disqualified? Or is it a one minute past, zero tolerance type thing?

To be fair, it wasn't for the actual event. He just didn't bring his sled (?) to the sectioned off area in time for it to get inspected and they DQ'd him. They didn't saw how late he was.
