Accidents still happen, and since I actually see them at work, I can tell you that the bus light is useless. Let's remove them from the buses. Let's stop with daytime running lights cars while we're at it. Let's stop calling for DRL to also include rear lights. Screw it, lets just stop putting lights on vehicles at all.
Genius. Solved the problem of light being annoying.

Just got back from Ontario and same thing. And some people, yikes. Older Karen with a lap dog who's kennel wouldn't fit under the seat. She somehow said it was Westjet's fault. Oh he can just sit on my lap. No, Karen, he can't.

It's unsafe to travel 70km on deerfoot. Ticket them.

Pull them over and tell them if they can't drive close to the speed limit at least stay in the far right lane, even without a minimum speed limit you do realize a cop can charge one for careless driving ...right?

That type of charge is pretty subjective and they would have to be able to show that the driver was driving without care and attention. Just because someone is slower than the flow and might be scared or whatever doesn't necessarily equate to carelessness.

Last month, on my flight to Kefalonia, I went to put my case in the overhead locker, only to find some woman’s sombrero sized straw hat taking up the remaining room.
I asked around, to find out who owned the hat. Some woman a couple of rows up claimed it and looked at me like I was a steaming pile of turd when I asked if she could move it so I could put my case in.

Lol. Relying on the police. Get real people. You want #### done, you gotta do it yourself.
I never leave home without my BGM-71 TOW rocket launcher. I ####ing vaporize those aholes. I used to use a good old fashioned bazooka but with the proliferation of exceedingly large tank like trucks and the dbags who drive them, I was forced to upgrade my machinery.

Driving 70 in the fast lane shows they don't care who they're holding up and if they don't know the posted speed they aren't paying attention.
If people are new to driving or very old and nervous they should stay off high speed routes, it's more dangerous than speeding IMO.

That said, I can’t imagine CPS have charged any with it. I’d love to be surprised.

That likely has more to do with situations where people are intentionally trying to block traffic or roads such as protest or whatever as opposed to a single driver who is overly cautious out on the road.
It was mentioned that a cop was right there and drove past the driver so apparently no harm and no foul or they would have done something about the driver.

Not attacking you, but the concept — that’s where the problem lies. I don’t care the drivers reason for it. You should be ticketed for driving too slow in the left lane at 70 in a 100 zone, if factors are safe and warrant going 100.
Further, there’s signs saying it; “keep right”. To me, it’s clear that the cops CAN ticket for it. Apathy, competence, conviction rate.. could all be factors.

We don't have any details and we don't even know that the driver was creating an issue but the driver was in the middle lane and not the "fast lane."
For all we know the driver could have been trying to get into the right lane and was waiting for a spot to open up.

OP says the car was in the middle lane...but unless OP slowed down to match their speed, they'd have no idea what it actually was. Driver could easily have been going 85kph which still sucks and feels insanely slow among everyone else doing 120, but 85 in a 100 isn't totally insane.
While we can all agree that it should speed up or GTFO, IMO staying in the middle (travel) lane is probably a bit better than the right lane, where it would #### up all of the weave actions.

Wal-Mart self checkouts have the scanning gun but the strugglers there still take hours grabbing each item, slowly looking for the bar code, holding it to scan, then slowly putting it down. Hey morons, grab the scanner and go nuts. It should take no more than two minutes.

This inconvenience is probably just karma for shopping at Walmart

I haven’t stepped foot in a Walmart in over a year and I feel like that makes me a better person for it.

I dunno - I grocery shop at Walmart, I get all my non-perishable food items there - their prices are better than anywhere else!
