UBlock Origin is free and still works on Edge (for now) and will keep working on Firefox.

For mobile, AdGuard Pro is a one-time purchase and allows a VPN setup for DNS filtering on iOS and Android. I’ve added the AdGuard public DNS servers as my home router’s DNS servers so even devices without an ad-blocker get some level of filtering.

In general I think making other people wait for you is one of the rudest things you can do.

If you're a pedestrian, move it. If you're the first car at a red light with people behind you, pay attention and go when it's green. If you're standing in a long line, have your #### together and ready to go when you're at the front.

People crossing the sidewalk while on your phone is such a crazy thing. You have to know that you're just asking to be run over. Nevermind that you getting smoked is going to be playing on social media for eternity.

Today I watched some woman staring at her phone slowly pushing her stroller up to an intersection. Sees that the crosswalk light had long since turned flashing red and then tries to cross and run across anyhow. Then gets mad when cars have to slam their brakes to prevent her from killing her kid.

People are stupid and the generation they are raising are going to be even more stupid.

Catching up on The Expanse, have a bunch Steam games on the go with a brand new CPU and GPU, family is good with a bunch of them just leaving on vacation, enjoyed the heck out of Japan personally just recently. Heck, I'm enjoying the $4 million dollars that we each all have on CP afterall!

While that is the intent of the law, here in the GTA there are some walk signals that start flashing 24 seconds before the flashing stops. 24 seconds is an eternity to cross a crosswalk, and it's teaching people that they have plenty of time even if they don't start before it starts flashing.

How about water cannons that clear the crosswalk as soon as the signal goes solid red. Having trouble getting across in time? Maybe these 280psi water jets will help.
