Well, we had an excellent time. We laughed really hard. We had some good defensive plays and some nice hits. (kim's triple was sweet, FKA's bunt was classic. sportsjunky's swinging at super high pitches and delivering wicked line drives was shiny) Just not enough of either.

We'll have our team pictures up soon. I tell you, we had 3 hours of fun at slo pitch, then up to 3 hours (for the real late people) of fun at the pub after. We could not have a better group of people. If it were not for the peanuts mysteriously arriving at speed in my beer, it would be perfect.

I'm glad that Central is also having fun and enjoying each other's company. There is not one player on our group that I would replace, we are having a blast. Well, maybe obs (just kidding, name picked at random)

Win or lose, we will continue to have a great time. We are going to get better. We have played some real good teams, and I would like to see how we would do against Central. Let's get a game going. From what we read, Redvan is the superstar; maybe some of us will come out and scout you guys.

So, Shawnski, we did not fair well scoreboard wise. However every player had a great time, and that's most important.

This is true. They were pretty patient with us. Even after asking what the specials were over and over, not to mention, our remarkably accurate World War II re-enactment done entirely with peanuts.
