If you exercise your warrant, you will need 11 dollars in your account, then you will get 1 share of the company. If you buy the warrant at 6.5, you could sell the share for market value once you receive it.
From what I understand, and I'm more saying this to confirm with some of our warrant experts here . If the company forces you to exercise, you will have 30-days to have $11 in your account or sell the warrant. If you don't have the cash in your account, the warrant will expire and you get nothing.

Negatory - see the other bullet I posted. They buy back at $0.01 per warrant so you virtually lose it for nothing. So before the call date you either excercise at $11.50 and gain a common share or sell before at the market for a slight discount likely and just pocket the cash.

GME down 40% pre-open after losing 30% yesterday. Would appear that the party is over so hopefully everyone cashed out in the black.

I sold off enough shares on a peak to break even, probably ride the remaining shares into the sunset.

I bought AMC at the wrong time, down about 40%...not sure if I bail and cut my losses or wait to see if reddit folks buy up a bunch of stock at this price. Either way I took a gamble that doesn't look too promising!

Seeing so many stories of people losing $10k+. This was a perfect storm for a lot of people to lose a lot of money.

Shocked I tells ya that this bubble didn't last!
Looks like anything remotely associated with WSB is tanking right now. If you bought at a heavily inflated price...well it's gonna get ugly.

Big upswing the blast couple of days in renewables and particularly lithium. I wonder if a lot of money was pulled from these stocks to chase GME etc and is now finding its way back home.
Kinda wish I'd chucked more money into lithium yesterday instead of faffing around looking at silver.

I believe he did make it public that he sold off a percentage of his shares yesterday but was holding on to the rest. No idea if he sold all now or not

AMCI merge approved. Warrants de-risked and cheap! Banging on the table here.

I have bought and sold GME a few times over this ride. Im probably about $200-$300 in the red on them at the moment. Not too worried about that loss. Hopefully there is a dead cat bounce or two to break even.
My AMC and BB shares are still in the green

I'm holding all my meme stonks. It was always money I was 100% willing to lose and even with these steep declines I'll still come out ahead overall. The only real killer is NAKD - down 70% on it. Yeesh.

Ouch. Bought blackberry this morning on a gamble. $12.99. Since dropped to $11.70 and counting. Rough.

Last update he had $13M in cash, he should be fine unless he put it back in to try to pump it back up

I had sold my initial investments (and a slight profit) in GME, so the rest I’m in for the ride.
AMC, I’m still decently in the green, and my buy in was low enough that I might just keep holding for now.
I did BB which I have taken a hit on. NOK was a true FOMO, but didn’t pay much of a premium, so going to wait it out.

If the merge was approved what would be the reason for the AMCI dip today?
