if this is what you think then maybe this is a more appropriate place for you to spend your time.
I have received exactly 100 private messages in about two years, and 99 of them have been kind, conversational, and/or informational (adding times and history to series threads).
The other one was from that individual.
So, no, I won't publicize private messages unless you treat me like that. It's pretty "shady" to send me something like that and then get upset when other people see what you're up to.
Yeah I got a nice one from Reggie Dunlop back in '07 when I was relatively new to this board. Was a nice 'welcome'.
Oilers fans have a point the board has gone downhill...since they came out of the witness protection program after disappearing in October/November.
Cut the ####ing ####, if it was all about talking hockey, good community ect. you would be here even when your team sucked a fat ####. You are here for validation, don't cry when you don't get it. Its a FLAMES fan site and most of us hate those wife beating, illegal gambling, sexual abusing, drunk driving, rapists up north. Woooo!

I figured there'd be a split in Edmonton. It is unfortunate there was a split in Dallas though. I'm probably being captain obvious here, but Dallas needs to win tonight at home. I just think think the no-goods are too comfortable at home. If no-goods win tonight it's oilers in 6. If Dallas wins, it's going seven games.... then who the heck knows how that one turns out.

Most of them are here posting throughout the year? Maybe you just selectively not notice them?
Either way you aren't the thread police, nor a moderator, why do you think it is up to you to determine when they should be posting or how often?
Also, you don't sound as "cool" as you think you do, you sound like a low energy tool.

Here's my even spicier take: I feel lied to. You guys made Edmonton sound terrible and I was hoping for a comfortable Stars win this series. The Oilers have been tough. While everyone was crapping on Skinner for that 3rd Robertson goal in game 3, he's been pretty good for the series overall. The Oilers defense has definitely been porous especially against the stretch pass. But their forward depth has been solid. Janmark has been tough as well as Brown. Their penalty kill has been phenomenal at preventing zone entries. They haven't had to rely on PP goals to win.

I was somewhat flabbergasted at the lack of hustle from the stars in period 3 of game 4. Tainted my faith in them a little. The jekyll and Hyde displays from the opponents in the west has been disappointing to say the least.
