Pretty much the same match as Spain-Russia in 2018.

If you rewind, you can see Sergio's eyes were wandering and unsure. He was so nervous that the keeper could pick up. He was not going to score.

And that is Spain's most experienced player.

One of the ugliest wins you'll ever see at the world cup. Half the team isn't even Moroccan except in ethnicity... and the most obnoxious fans ever.
But I won some money so thx Morocco

That 3rd attempt for Spain was like watching an NHLer in a shootout skating almost as slow as possible towards the goalie and then shooting a muffin into the pads.
Like, what was the point?

No, but the narrative among fans and media was definitely that Canada would handily beat Morocco, nick a point of Croatia and lose to Belgium.

Well for those that didn't agree how tough group F was, both advancing teams into the quarters (after Belgium sent home).
Pretty pretty pretty good group

And not just any NHLer.....Sergio Busquets. One of the most experienced and successful players in the World.
World Cup winner. Euro winner. 3-time Champions' League winner. 8-time La Liga Champion.

I don't think anyone thought Morocco would be easy for Canada. Not sure where you heard that narrative. They were ranked 22nd in the world, and the majority of their roster plays in one of the big club leagues.
Canada's group was predicted to be one of the toughest heading in.

It is as exciting as seeing a goalie in hockey getting a 60-save shutout in the playoffs.

Same as the Japan goal or corners.
If a teeny part of the ball is over the spot then technically it is on the spot.
