Troutman is only so high because of all the walks and FC's. Hes so fast he can get to first before they throw to 2nd and then 1st. people that bat before him and only get singles absolutely love him!!

If you were all as fast as me, we'd all be safe.

I'll keep laying down the "unintentional" bunts.

Obviously my BA was so outrageously high that you felt it best to keep it hidden until we play central to catch them off gaurd. Secret weapon, if you will?

.200? I was .500 last week alone. I admittedly sucked the first week so maybe .200 is right. Bah.

C'mon coach, 2nd and RF? Who am I Lucy from Peanuts? Although it is much easier to smoke a cigar in RF since nuthin' happens out there.

Sportsjunky:
The stats are not accurate. Best I can do with what I have. They are just for fun.
From what I can tell (not having been there)...
Game 1: 0-2
Game 2: 0-1 (subbed in half way, I assume you got one AB in the 5th)
Game 3: 1-2 or 1-3. Not sure when Brian subbed in, maybe he got the third AB (out)
Game 4: 0-4.

Tomorrow we will see 4-5, then 4-4.

Resolute, do you have the central scorebook? I'd be interested in seeing our batting percentages. I am pretty sure nearly everyone on our team is batting 500ish.

Sure do. And we are doing pretty well overall, though that second game killed many of our averages.

Team batting:
Code:
fredr123 .750 (12-16)
Resolute .750 (12-16)
REDVAN .667 (12-18)
Annie .667 (10-15)
Kerplunk .625 (10-16)
Gloria .615 (8-13)
Temporary_user .500 (7-14)
Cowboy89 .462 (6-13)
FireFly .389 (7-18)
Gail .308 (4-13)
KevanGuy .250 (2- 8)

Rinkrat .750 (3- 4)
Merideth .500 (2- 4)

Holy crap do I have 5 or 6 homeruns? Half my hits are homers. Sign me to a contract Toronto Blue jays!

How do I and FireFly have 18 at bats when the next closest is 16? Seems odd. Hope to see everyone on Monday! If SW is playing tomorrow, good luck guys.

One of two things: you two are either consistently at the top of the order, or you two have not had walks (which would not count as AB's)

I was at the bottom of the order for all but the last game. That probably accounted for some of the difference. Did you calculate the OPS for everyone yet?

I think you are at five. Kerplunk has one. Most of the rest of the hits are singles.

And Aeneas has it right on the number of at bats. You and Firefly have typically batted towards the top of the lineup, while fredr and I nearer the bottom. Though Firefly switched that up a bit for the last game.
