I still wonder if NJ ends up with Markstrom or Saros. I would wager pretty heavily it's one of the two.

For the amount NJD were allegedly willing to pay they'll have a ton of options.
The fact that Marky has not been asked to waive means the offers have not been that good. I very much doubt that we were offered even remotely what the most recent rumoured package was.
So all we did was distract our starting goalie for nothing.
Stupid ####ing media.

Holtz has played 1:19 total through 1, lowest by far of any forward, just 3 shifts.

Nothing really new. He's had lots of games this season with less than 10mins a night. 8, 7, 11, 10 recently

He's a kid playing in meaningful games and being coached/developed. Totally normal.
NJD are not just chucking away all their vets for draft picks and creating easy spots for kids.

I think the next player we will see traded is Hanifin. Followed by Markstrom. I think Tanev will be a early March trade.
If that is the case, I hope Tanev can stay healthy.
