Yes sir. I think it will also help with teams retaining players, one of the things hurting the league in my opinion is how often star players have changed teams in recent years, fans want to see their favorite players remain with the team they root for.

Jason Maas with the great call of handing the ball off four yards deep in the backfield on 3rd and 1. It did not end well and LaFrance was injured on the play.
