Base hit, 2-1 Jays. A clutch 2 out hit with runners on. Need more of those.

As well as Saunders has hit lefties so far this year, Sabbathia still gets him. Now 1 for 17 against CC

Bautista's hearing is today after the game, right? Wonder if he gets a game reduction as well to prevent any suspension at all. Silly that he got a suspension in the first place. All he did was slide "hard" into second, and got penalized with the auto double play. That should have been plenty.
Anyway, shame on the MLB in general. Just suspended Rayes 50 or so games for punching someone, but 7 games is fine for Odor. Yes, I'm aware the situations can be viewed as different, but personally, I don't see a huge distinction when it comes to throwing the first punch.

I think they already had it earlier today? I think that's what I heard on the broadcast. Either way a decision should come down in the next day or two.

Yeah, before the game makes sense. Getaway day, which is why it's a day game. No need to wait behind for the appeal. Wonder if the 1 game reduction for Odor will factor for Jose?

I have no idea on Happ's pitch count, but can he go a 8 or 9? Avoid the bullpen except for Osuna would be best, but I'm not sure if that's feasible. Wonder who Gibby goes to if they need someone in the 8th.

Was looking good on the pitch count, but it took him 13 pitches to get that last out so I'm pretty skeptical we'll see him out in the 8th, at 96 now.

Man, that Floyd curveball is a nasty one. No wonder they call it a wipeout pitch.

Well done Travis! Turned around that 103 MPH Chapman fastball and a big insurance run.
