Seems like there are multiple stories being reported about Denver's defensive coordinator job.
Hearing names like Mike Nolan, Dom Capers and (this will make rube extatic) Seam McDermott, who is the Eagles secondary coach.

Congrats on the hire DFF. McDaniels is a stud and is very much in the mold of Shanahan, Gruden and Tomlin. He could be a great, long term coach.

Just to clarify: are you excited because he was at the top of your list, or because he was the best out of the candidates considered? I just know you were wary of hiring a coordinator with no HC experience (ie. Garret, Spanguolo, etc...).
