Shame Tate decided to sit by himself, pouting about not playing. If that's going to be his attitude then dismiss him from the team.

Fuskies Lose. Jake "can't win a game" Locker continues to be the most overrated QB in college football. What is this guys overall record now 5 wins tons of losses?

Bama wins it 48-3. Mark Ingram is going to have some completion in the backfield with Eddie Lacey rushing for 111 yards on 13 carries for 2 TDs. Trent Richardson didn't play in the second half.

Huskies win today if they let Jake be Jake. Why do you take the most physically talented QB in the country and roll him out maybe 4-5 times all game? Someone on a Huskies board said it best - pro style offense without pro style players. Sark needs to realize that his job is to win football games and not get Jake Locker a huge signing bonus.

Yeah because wins are the best way of judging individual players. You think Tebow or McCoy win many more games on those Husky teams? I doubt it.

Is there a QB in the NFL with a worse college completion percentage then this guy or less wins. Good players are supposed to step up, shoulder the load, and get wins for his team.

And isn't that completion% affected by the brutal WRs and O-Line the Huskies have had the past few years?
And I'm not even going to get started on the wins BS because it's not worth my time - wins are the stupidest way to judge an individual player. And that's especially true in college football where there's only so much a great player can do to overcome a lack of playmakers and, more importantly, a brutal defense.

How much more of this before Stoops gives Blake Bell a shot?

Man I dont know but Landry looked horrible... He could hit 1 receiver and that was Broyles... Demarco Murray was a beast with 207 rushing yards.. Landry just doesnt look like he has progressed at all from last year... I am hoping it was just first game jitters. However at least we had a running game the thing that scares me was our defense looked less than average.

The Huskies would be so much better off if they let Locker use the full extent of his abilities and not try and shoehorn him into a boring, prototypical NFL QB.
EDIT: Huskies down 6, starting on their 25 with 6 minutes to go. Time for a Heisman drive from a senior here.

Couldn't agree more. The play calling was pathetic as well. I'm tired of these design run calls for Locker and all these run plays in the fourth. Spread teams out, put Locker in the gun and if he doesn't have anyone open let him scramble and use his 4.4 speed to get first downs.

Going to be a good finish in the Carolina LSU game. Interesting call on the on side kick.

For sure, rumblings started in 2008. We've been spoiled for the past 10 years TBQH. With the recruiting classes they bring in, they should finish top 5-10 every season. Miles made a name for himself in 2007 by rolling the dice and winning, when the odds turn against you, people forget the good times.
