If we beat the US we still may get a pass to the quarter finals. Otherwise we have to play in the qualificatinos playoffs, which will mean entering the tournament in a low ranking and possibly facing a team like Russia in the first round.

Canada showing that you can get a million PPs in a row against a team on non-NHLers and still not put the game in the bag, if you put basiclly zero effort into it.

Canada is going to get a rude awakening when they meet a real team. Anybody see the Russia-Latvia game? Russia came to PLAY. Canada has shown beyond any shadow of a doubt that they're not giving it their all yet. Here's hoping they can change gears from 'idle' to 'greatest hockey tournament of all time' before the elimination rounds.
