I'm proud to say my family is connected to the Loob's. My mother is Swedish and was great friends with his wife here back in the 80's. The kids (myself , my brother and sister) and the Loob kids all went to Swedish School at the Scandinavian Centre on 20th Ave NW. After he left after the Stanley Cup win he re-established in Karlstad, same hometown my mum's family is from. My mum connected Hakan to my uncle who was in high mangement of Lofbergs Lila Coffee company. That company became a head sponsor of the team Hakan became GM: Farjestad.

Long story short, lots of great memories and I'm still in touch with his kid who matches my age (Henrik), granted we are both in our 40's now not kids, lol. But thankfully my kids and his kids will meet this summer when I finally make a return to Sweden.

Frost holds the puck way too long. He needs to be more decisive either create a pass or get a shot off. Hes hanging on and on and the play dies. Hes great at gaining the zone it’s the next step that’s holding him back.
