I mean it's been easily the most competitive game of the weekend, but it's been more comedy than drama or thriller.

Well good news is there isn't gonna be anything to screw up. Just burn three in a row and pray.

I always think they should just let the opposition score and try for the tie with time left on the clock. I wonder what the analytics say? A Gimmie field goal with time expiring versus trying to tie/win the game at the end.
Have we ever seen a situation where a team let the opponent score in a big game like this?

If you're gonna let them score you gotta do it really early. So if the Bucs had allowed Washington to score as soon as they got to the edge of FG range, you'd have 2:40 and three timeouts. I would prefer that. But there's really no good options there, the Bucs lost once they settle for the FG on their drive, needed to force Washington to score a TD to win instead of a FG.

Was cheering for Baker. Too bad.
TB being only 10-7 despite their trash division was an early tell

Doink. Well the Lions probably drop 50 on them next week, but good win for Washington.

Detroit/Washington should be an interesting game, but gotta think the Lions win by double digits. Should end up 40-30 or something like that.

Bucs played themselves out of that game. Too bad. Lions are going to be all over Commandos next weekend.

Imagine signing a 43 year old quarterback to play against Mahomes meant a free superbowl
