I doubt very much anyone has a problem with it.
Probably the opposite, actually. You were being a bit of a dick, so if you actually are on the spectrum then everyone understands that social cues/typical interactions can hit a bit different, so all good.
If you're not, well... then you were just being a dick lol.

As good as Hasek was I don't think you want him teaching goaltending to prospects as his style was not conducive to success for mere mortals that weren't gifted with elite reflexes. Some elite athletes got elite out of extremely hard work at their craft all year around and others may not have had to work as hard because of natural gifts. The latter athlete typically doesn't translate well to coaching because things came easy for them and they can't relate to the standard athlete that requires instruction on the fundamentals and how to maximize lesser god given talent.

Normal hockey coaching is about systems and player placement and strategies to make players successful. It's about team concepts, not individual plays.
Goalie coaching always seems to me to be about improving players' natural skill and ability a couple areas:
a. ways to better position and track the puck
b. handling the mental aspect
The former never seems to me to involve a bunch of former success for the coach - more study and theory about the position. The latter - who knows. It's not like Noodles was teaching Kipper about the game. He was just there to relax him and to talk to.

Kipper would be a terrible goalie coach, Markstrom and Vladar would spend all their time hacking darts and fishing.

Honestly? For a couple guys who seriously have to sort their brains out? That might not be the worst thing.
I agree that Kipper would be a terrible goalie coach, but Markstrom needs to pull his head out of his ass and find his Zen or some nonsense.
And Kipper was the calmest, most composed goaltender I have ever seen in my life. Maybe darts and fishing are the answer?

Yeah, only the off-ice regimen of every elite goalie..
They're freaks. Clearly markstrom and vladar have become too well adjusted and that's their problem. They need to pick up more unhealthy vices and bite off a few fish heads to replenish their goalie mana meters.
