Happy I stayed up last night to watch them win, been a while that I was able to watch the full 60. I thought Markstrom and Toffoli played really well, Lindholm also.
What’s I find ironic is the amount of people who were so high on him pre-season, even penciling him in on the 3rd line. I recall being told I’m an idiot for saying he was a waste of a contract, we have better Rooneys on the farm.

Huberdeaus's struggles are overstated by our fanbase due to expectations, imo. He got injured once early and fought through, while learning a completely new system with new line mates and then got a second injury and had to bow out.
Let's not go all Toronto media/fan base on him. He's barely got his feet wet in Calgary. He's an elite player and will be elite here once he gets a healthy shot at integrating to the system and team.
Hell, he was showing signs of it already while playing injured.
Not to mention it's going to take time to get adjusted to Calgary's altitude and weather when you've spent the last decade in South Beach. He will be fine.
