Good luck Juuso. What could have been.................

Poor kid and his injuries. Looked like a slam dunk solid NHLer, now he's waiver fodder. I'm not mad he got claimed, just mad how his injuries screwed him and the franchise over. Sad stuff.

Does Arizona have a dressing room? I sort of assume they have to arrive in their gear like kids w that set up

What’re the salary cap implications now that Valimaki is claimed? I assume he was going to be in the AHL so how much space do the Flames save?

Nice. The other teams can laugh and call them homedressers.

One of Meloche or Mackey will be sent down so it's pretty much a wash.

Carrying eight defencemen is a bit much, no?

Mackey in particular has earned a spot.

It does suck given what he could have been here, but wish him all the best in Arizona.

Congrats to posters like Corsi who saw this coming. I didn’t.

I sure hope Valimaki is in the lineup when we play Arizona. His play is well short of NHL quality IMO.

So the Pens could have claimed Z and just sent him down? Guess they were totally done with him.

Donskoi makes $3.9 and is cooling his heels as a pending UFA in Seattle.

Burke really didn’t sound like they were, and the fan base was mad he got taken. I wonder if it was a “Well, we’ll let you keep him but remember that next time” sort of note.

yup, good luck to Juuso... had so much promise before the injury.

Hopefully a new start can help him to get back on track
