I think it’s lousy of Darryl to throw Vladar under the bus. Markstrom ain’t stopping those either.

Both Lucic and Tanev serve up pizzas in the slot. One to Ovechkin. At least he acknowledged that Ovechkin is a goal scorer.

The 3rd goal perfectly placed off his shoulder. Yeah, glove side but not a place you make a glove save

I wonder if Chris Tanev didn't get caught a bit there on that Ovechkin hit just before he scored. I don't think I've ever seen Tanev get hit hard like that.

I thought the Flames started really good in the first period, seemed to slow down in the second, played better in the third but ran out of gas at the end.

The Caps are a good team, they have to be a favorite coming out of the East, them and Tampa I would say at this point.
