Canucks powerplay is like Flames when it’s bad - too much peripheral passing, not enough play at the net. Smith gets to be stationary.

ETA: countdown to Edmonton powerplay …

Canucks look like the Ward era Flames, just throw the puck away as fast as you can, don't even think about trying to make a clean breakout.

They also just don't move. You need the guy on the wall to be moving high to low along with the guy in the high slot. The bumper goes from behind the net to the front. The way they are now they might as well take the first opportunity for a one timer from one of the three guys up high and see what happens, that's as good as it's going to get if they're just going to stand around.
