call me crazy but the Flames have been more unlucky than bad, and the Sens have been more well-structured than bad
this game doesn't feel out of reach to me. Just need markstrom to play better.

There’s like 6 or 7 players on this team that I like and that’s about it.
This isn’t a likeable team. At all.

I mean...the Flames need to get at least 3 scoring chances to win this game, which seems pretty unpossible at this stage. The best they can manage is weak wristers from 50 feet. But yeah, the Sens certainly aren’t good...yet, there we have it...2-0.

The players are still complacent because they think Trelieving has their back. You need to show him the door as well.

That's where I'm at. I like some players but I hate everything about the way this teams plays. Indifferent, dispassionate, hollow. It's horrible to watch.

If they think that they didn’t listen to anything he’s said post Sutter hire.

Haven't been watching. Popped over to check scores and lol, oh boy.
Sutter is going to have to perform an exorcism on this group.
They just can't get motivated for these sort of games.

Matthew Tkachuk is garbage. Not helping the team in any shape or form.

A goal for would be a welcome event.
They are going to need at least 3 to win.

Markstrom maybe a little. But it mostly looks like a bad team beating a beer league team.

I’d nominate:
1. Backlund
2. Monahan
3. Giordano
...also, there’s that guy who actually asked to be traded, not that it would have any sort of impact

How many shots blocks did Ottawa have that period?? It felt like nothing got through. I wouldn't be surprised to see 15+
