And not for about 2 years at this point. Something's just... off. He's afraid of breakaways, nothing works for him. Last big JG goal was that game-ending breakaway where BSD was hopping up and down. Been a long flat spell.

CGY needs to win battles like they did early in period and breakout like they can. Just possess puck expand offensive zone and get pucks on net.

Only down one. Just make those little support plays with speed.

Bear down in the dot and stop giving them the puck. You give them puck on these dump ins too.

Settle down execute this PP and don't take needless penalties.

CGY is a great team when they play their games.

I'm gonna go against hockey accountant Kent Wilson and say Monny is not the problem on the top line. It's Johnny.

Yeah that was brutal. Canucks had all the momentum after the first PP and carried it through the period.

Felt like Flames were taking a bit of momentum back but then the unlucky one went in and Canucks carried play again.

Need to be better in the middle of the ice, felt like Canucks were attacking right up the middle splitting the two dmen.

Canucks have more high danger chances already tonight than all the last game.
