Get in the battle Johnny. Can’t let them have a 5 foot gap going into a race for the puck and wave your stick at them. I don’t care if you don’t want massive contact each time there is a puck battle but at least fight for the puck.

Both teams not playing particularly well, but is it just me or is the Flames defence collapsing too deep too early on Dallas' rushes? A few times Dallas had so much room in the slot because the Flames collapsed down low when they should've played up against the player more. Can't give those guys too much space. That's on coaching.

Agree, Monahan skating and handling well, and things are just dying on Johnny's stick so far.

Lindholm maybe. Monahan is useless without Gaudreau, and Gaudreau looks like he should be put on waivers.
