That didn’t look like a penalty but Ball is right, he grabbed the Leaf’s stick and caused him to lose the puck.

Andersson gets spun around at one end of the ice, then they call that?

Kylington looking comfortable despite the pressure in his face.

Edit: Guess my stream is behind.

Backlund’s shot was a glove save, off a pretty good shot.

That was the first real penalty call of the game.

I swear he is good for one goal out of 100 on those attempts.

Toronto sure gets the benefit of the doubt on home ice, don't they? Hasn't been egregiously bad, but still pretty bad.

Not really, since he has scored a few of those in the past.

That was a penalty, but I feel like the refs owe us one for the Benett "trip"

I thought whatever Leaf that was got his stick into Janko’s hands. A little soft but still an infraction, so that’s what is getting called tonight it seems.

Need some Lindholm-esque one timers on those Gaudreau set ups.

Has Backlund turned into an anchor?

His play with the puck is beyond horrible right now

Do you mean Kipper/McLennan?

Kipper and Turek were basically hurt at opposite times that year. Whereas Noodles was his backup for the majority before all 3 were healthy and McLennan was traded. Turek was hurt Oct/Nov/Dec, and Kipper traded for in November and hurt in January.

But Turek only played 6 games as Kipper's backup.

Wasnt' Turek hurt and thats why Sutter traded for Kipper? That end of season with Kipper/Turek was pretty dominant. I wished Turek would have stayed an extra season.
