All he did was put Dunn in a bearhug. Bortuzzo did the same thing to Rinaldo right after.

I really don't think this is Peters fault, but without selling low on your best players that's pretty much the only move that might salvage season. Other option is to just ride it out and hope for the lottery pick, I guess?

So if the team has quit on Peters can they just fire him and bring in Sutter for the remainder of the season. Nothing to loose at this point. If they suck with Sutter start moving some of the core in the summer.

It looked clean to me. Mangiapane should have never cut in like that.

Gio looks absolutely spent. It's a bad decision to give him so many minutes. The guy is a work horse at this point. They better make a change soon, or he's going to wind up getting hurt. Ridiculous.

Classic NHL. Predatory hit on Mangiapane leads to a Flames penalty. Any other team and that’s a charging major/game misconduct. Guy’s career could be over this year due to concussions and the refs don’t care because Wideman. Flames are not a physical team, there’s no way they should lead the league in penalties.
