The PP seems far to tentative, very slow to pass it around but no shots either. What the hell is Tkachuck doing on the half wall when he should be in front of the net?? Such a strange set up and poor use of possible assets.

Yep, that was probably Hathaways best period this season.

Parenteau sounds like a decent fella. Giving props to his former line mates at every turn and a fan of Calgary's game, particularly Gaudreau.

Puck handling resulting in immediate turnovers still a staple of his game .
Although he did actually hit Bennett with a pass, when Arizona was changing, and Bennett was momentarily not covered (!)

Maybe getting Lomberg on the roster turned up the heat on him a bit. Good response if that's the case.

Awful.
But don’t sell the awfulness of Smith’s bad goals short.
And the sheer volume of comparables. On aggregate they look a bit worse

This isn't a choice we have so I find it pointless to speculate. Why do you get riled up when people point out Smith was good and Raanta was bad? Do you want Smith to fail? Strange posts by you in this game thread. What's your motivation here? Aren't we all here to cheer on the Flames and Smith?

Nope, the 2 five hole goals against the Ducks and Habs that lost those games were way worse

Some posters have to find things to complain about no matter what.

That was until the All Star break or something. They would go to darks at home after a certain time in the year after starting with whites at home.

In fairness, I get what he said.
Worse than almost all of Smith’s bad goals - very literally, if it is top 3-4 then that is almost all because Smith has let in a lot of bad goals.
