Gaudreau does not show up when it's critical like the last 15 games , I watched Hall and NJ playing for their playoff lives and Hall scoring ot winner while setting up 2 others He is all pretty much Devils have up front and he plays his heart out Johnny has gone MIA once again floating again tonight , I said in the summer they're building around the wrong guy . Me too. This has been such a frustrating and disappointing season. Arguably among the worst in franchise history, especially given the expectations heading into the season. On paper this roster should have been battling it out for one of the top 2 spots in the Pacific.

If the team knew about the extend of injuries of Versteeg, Smith and Monahan, would that explain why Treliving didn't make hey at the trade deadline? Would Kane have been a saviour anyways? I don't think so.
